Thank you to a discord memeber for this work around.

Red Dead Redemption 2 works; it requires launching couple of times to install Rockstar Launcher and sign in. Once done if 134 error is displayed follow this RDR2 Workaround Guide and replace the steam shortcut from PlayRDR2.exe to fix.bat
